Frequently Asked Questions
- All tuition for Infinite Sports will be billed on the first of the month. A late fee of $25 will be charged after the first of the month. It is highly recommended that families be on autopay for the monthly tuition billing.
- Participants without a fully completed waiver/registration form will not be allowed to participate in his/her class.
- As a member of our gym, there is an annual registration fee of $75. This fee applies each year as long as you or your child are actively enrolled in any of our classes. Once paid, your membership remains active for a full 12 months. If you choose to take a break from gymnastics and return within the same 12-month period, you will not be required to pay the registration fee again, as long as your return is before your membership anniversary date.
- When enrolling, please be mindful that we do not offer make-up classes as well as adjustments in payment due to absences.
- At Infinite Sports, we strive to provide the best experience for all our participants. However, we reserve the right to cancel classes in the event of low enrollment or if staffing becomes unavailable. If a class must be cancelled, we will make every effort to reschedule. Should rescheduling not be possible, a refund will be issued for any unused tuition.
- When your child is ready to move up to the next level, a staff member may contact you via email. If you're interested in enrolling, we’ll be happy to assist with the next steps. Please note that placement in the next level depends on availability. If a suitable time isn’t immediately open, we’ll add your child’s name to our waiting list. In the meantime, we encourage your child to continue attending their current class until a spot becomes available and you are contacted by our office.
- If you wish to discontinue your enrollment, please send a message to info@infinitesportsgym.com by the 15th of the current month to avoid being charged for the following month. Withdrawals will take effect on the 1st of the upcoming month. Please note that if notification is received after the first day of the month, we will be unable to issue a full refund.
- Due to limited class capacity, we are unfortunately unable to offer make-up classes for missed sessions. We appreciate your understanding.
If no students arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled class start time, the coach will be dismissed and the class will be considered cancelled due to lack of attendance. In such cases, we are unable to offer make-up sessions or refunds. We appreciate your understanding.
- For everyone’s safety and to keep our training space clear, please store personal items in the designated cubby areas. We ask that no personal belongings be brought into the training area.
- To help maintain a clean and hygienic environment for everyone, we kindly ask that participants remove their shoes before entering the gym area.
- For the safety and cleanliness of the gym, the consumption of food, beverages, and gum is strictly prohibited on the gym floor. When eating in the lobby area, we respectfully request your assistance in maintaining cleanliness by disposing of all waste properly.
- Only registered students are permitted on the gymnastics floor. Children must be accompanied by an adult when entering and exiting the facility, and must remain under the supervision of a coach while on the gym floor. Students are not permitted to wait in the parking lot at any time. Additionally, parents and guardians are not allowed on the gym floor unless participating in a Parent & Tots class with their child.
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot and area around the gym is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
To ensure safety and comfort during movement and exercise, we kindly ask that students wear clothing that allows for free and hazard-free activity. Suitable attire includes a one-piece leotard, or a T-shirt paired with fitted shorts or sweatpants. Please avoid clothing with zippers, buckles, or buttons that could cause injury. For safety and focus, long hair should be securely tied back away from the face. Jewelry such as rings, necklaces, and other accessories are not permitted during class. All clothing should be age-appropriate in style, slogans, and graphics to maintain a positive environment for all.
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for any siblings that sign up for classes.
Absolutely! After a child’s first class, each additional one comes with a 10% discount.
